i agree that in a class we shared about this, so that everyone will inform......and teachers also should remind the student, so that if they are using internet, they must already knew, as a matter fact, student must avoid unsafety used internet. and other one also teachers inform the parents, to inform their children. because internet is caused addiction.....
.. .teachers can ensure the safetyness of his/her students by guiding them and teaching them first about the basic uses and part of computer..before he or she would let his/her student to operate the computer..
.. .computer is easy to learn but it should have a proper guidance specially if the users are the children..
.. .to the parents, teachers can help them by teaching them also on how to use the computer in proper way, for example teachers can call a meeting to the parents to organize them on how should they teach their children about computer or let their children use computer in their house
.. .and also, parents shoud have a rules to their children so that the children have a proper etiquette about using computer..so that they will not abuse or over use using computer.. .
...as a teacher,you should know the student abilities in doing computer works,to guide them into the right way.Teacher should always in the side of the student
to teach them in the right way.To become a great student in you and others or to learn many things in
computer works and not to be addticted.
...the ensured safetyness of the student by guidness of her teacher to develop his capacity to move on to learn something what he want to do.and how to operate the computer basic by his cooperation to teach.
computer is most knowlegable ecquipment in this new generation.because of that we much learn how to operate the the system of the computer....!!!
the teacher is reponsible for the student.Teacher should teach the student in a proper,it will make the student care about his/her their self,not to be addicted in computer,to help the student to understand the computer in a proper way,parent should guide their children not to be addicted in computer,teach them the right or wrong while using the computer.....
to prevent the student on addiction,teacher should always in the right to desciplane the student in order to show to theme the right way of using the internet.Teacher is responsible for that manner,because she/he is the one knows how the computer work and she/he the one who knows the limitation of the internet,because he/she experence it on her childhood and now become a professional instructor of computer.......
my idea about this is we need to speak to our student as a teacher or as a parent we need to speak to our children the dangers of the internet.yes, the internet is a great tool and resource for massive amounts of info but also has its pitfalls obviously for young impressionable people but it is not limited just to them.we need to advice them about overall identity safety and the "unreal"world of internet communities.let them know that there is no verification of identity or credentials on these sites and that there are lots of different types of predators lurking to take advantage of their naivety.
we need to teach them to avoid revealing too personal info about themselves and their families to perfect strangers no matter where the sites state that they live.we need to teach them the real meaning of friendship and the vast different between freinds and associates and how to act accordingly.
as student/children,we have a lot of challenges to face on the way to become productive citizens.lets continue to focus on accepting our responsibility and concentrate to our study,have open communication to our parents and have common sense or awareness on what is happening in the environment we belong...GOD BLESS....FROM JANET A.
